Not happy with your order?

We operate a flexible, hassle-free policy when it comes to returns and refunds. Our policy lasts 30 days for a full refund, minus a 20% processing fee. 

What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged? 

Please contact us at veebeevoyage@gmail.com within 2 days from receiving your order or if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

If past the 30 days

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund. 

What to do for a refund.

If still within the 30 days, please email to veebeevoyage@gmail.com for further instructions and mailing address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus a 20 % processing fee.  If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
